Listening Groups for Learning (Teachers and Students)

Alex Medina, a current undergraduate student majoring in Performance Studies at the Lawrence University, Conservatory of Music wrote this article on Medium that a friend of mine shared on Facebook.
He lists great ways to engage with others to ensure continued music education during this time. But one of his suggestions has WHEELS spinning in my head: a listening group. I think we could use this as teachers in Choir Baton and then take that experience to working with our students.
