Subscriptions & billing

ChoirBaton Academy and Institute are available on monthly and annual plans, priced in U.S. dollars (USD). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Our policies

Refunds, cancellation & fulfillment

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your plan stops renewing and you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your paid access ends and no further charges are made.

Refunds

Because subscriptions and digital courses give you immediate access to content, payments โ€” including renewals and partial periods โ€” are generally non-refundable. That's our standard policy, and it's the same for digital Store products.

That said, we review every refund request fairly and in good faith. If you've been charged twice, hit a technical problem that blocked your access, were renewed unintentionally, or have another situation you'd like us to consider, contact us and we'll look at it individually and aim for a fair outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Shipping (physical Store items)

We ship physical items within the United States, and to select international destinations where available. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns & exchanges (physical Store items)

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. For other returns, reach out and we'll let you know whether your item qualifies and how to send it back. Items should be unused and in their original condition where possible.

Promotions

Any discount, coupon, or limited-time offer comes with its own terms, which we'll show with the offer. Unless we say otherwise, promotional pricing applies to the stated cycle and renews at the standard rate. See our Terms of Service for the full detail.

Yes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our site uses HTTPS encryption, and our payment handling is designed to meet PCI DSS standards. We don't store your full card number on our own systems.

ChoirBaton uses HTTPS encryption across the site, and all payments are processed by Stripe in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
